摘要
随着剖宫产率的增加及对保留生育功能要求的增加与重视,使得胎盘原位保留在治疗胎盘植入的重要性突显出来,同时也带来了一系列的问题。本文就胎盘植入的概况及治疗方法进行讨论,并重点探讨胎盘原位保留治疗中的感染问题。
With the increasing of cesarean section rate and the importance of preserving the reproductive function, placenta left in situ in the treatment of placenta implantation has been highlighted, and a series of problems have been brought. This article discusses the generality and therapy of placenta implantation, particularly about the infection issue of placenta left in situ.
