摘要
因压缩机壳体固有特性及噪声辐射受壳体参数影响具有不确定性,采用实验方法研究具有一定的盲目性,成本较大,且对复杂壳体研究与实际结果存在偏差较大的问题,基于数值分析的方法,建立压缩机壳体有限元模型,模拟分析了不同厚度及不同形状上壳体对压缩机壳体固有特性的影响规律。并在此基础上,通过实验测试,发现采用加厚上壳体及采用曲率半径尽量减小,避免曲率急速变化的球状上壳体均有助于降低噪声辐射,实验所得结果与模拟分析结论一致,可为压缩机壳体优化设计提供理论指导作用。
As the inherent characteristic of compressor shell and noise radiation are affected by different parameters of shell, and the influence is uncertainty. It is blindness and would cost a lot of money to research the characteristics by test, and the results of the study for complex shell are different from the actual ones. The finite element model of compressor shell is established and the inher-ent characteristic of compressor shell is simulated which is effected by the shell with different thickness and shape based on the method of numerical simulation. It is found that a thickened upper shell and a spherical upper shell with minimum curvature radius could contribute to reduce noise radiation after testing. The results of experiment test are consistent with the simulation analysis,which providing the theoretical guidance for the optimized design of compressor shell.
