摘要
高校教工党员是中国特色社会主义建设事业的生力军,其有着较高的科学文化水平,担负着教书育人的责任。在新的历史条件下,应努力焕发高校教工基层党组织"三会一课"制度的活力,以锤炼高校教工党员的党性,更好地发挥高校基层党组织的凝聚力、创造力和战斗力。
The CPC party members of colleges and universities are the new forces for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, who are in the grasp of a high level of knowledge and culture, and responsible for teaching and educating. Under the new historical conditions, efforts should be made to shine up the vitality of the ＂Three Sessions and One Lesson＂ system of the faculty at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities, so as to temper the party spirit of the faculty members in universities and colleges, so as to better play the cohesion, creativity and combat effectiveness of the grass-roots party organi- zations in colleges and universities.
