区间直觉模糊信息的相容性测度和一致性群决策调整 被引量:5

A Consensus Adjustment Method for Group Decision Making Based on Compatibility of Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Information

摘要 考虑到区间直觉模糊信息的群决策问题,给出区间直觉模糊判断矩阵相容性及其基于基本相容性调整一致性群决策的过程.首先,提出了基于区间直觉模糊判断矩阵的相容性定义及其一些性质.其次,给出了区间直觉模糊判断矩阵的一个相容性指标及衡量区间直觉模糊判断矩阵的相容性准则.再次,利用临界值给出区间直觉模糊信息的一致性群决策调整的过程.最后,利用实例给出了群决策的整体过程,说明了方法的合理性和有效性. With respect to group decision making problem with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information, we develop a new compatibility and give a procedure for reaching group consensus based on acceptable compatibility of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy judgement matrix. Firstly, the compatibility of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is defined and its properties are investigated. Secondly, we give a compatibility index of two interval- valued intuitionistic fuzzy judgement matrices and a criterion to measure the compatibility of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy judgement matrix. Thirdly, a procedure using threshold of acceptable compatibility for reaching group consensus is constructed. Finally, we give a practical example to illustrate group decision making process using the procedure for reaching group consensus based on acceptable compatibility, which indicates that the methods is feasible and effective.
