摘要
目的研究类孟买型血型的血清学鉴定方法及输血相关应对措施。方法利用血清学方法鉴定患者ABO,H,Lewis血型、抗体鉴定,收集唾液进一步鉴定,同时对部分病例进行家系和输血治疗情况调查。结果11例患者红细胞上均未检测到ABH物质,唾液和血清中分别测出ABH物质,可证实患者血型为类孟买型。家系调查有2例的姐妹也是类孟买型。Lewis血型检测结果 7例为Le(a-b+),4例为Le(a-b-),抗体4例阳性,7例未检出。结论类孟买血型的正确鉴定及家系调查,采取正确的输血方案及应对措施,可保障患者的输血安全。
