摘要
近年愈多研究表明CXCL12及其受体（CXCR4/CXCR7）在恶性肿瘤发展过程中发挥重要作用,CXCR4/CXCR7作为G蛋白偶联受体介导信号转导通路与密切相关。就CXCL12及其特异性受体在不同恶性肿瘤中激活相关信号转导通路的生物学特性关系研究作一综述。
Recently,more studies have shown that CXCL12 and its receptor（ CXCR4/CXCR7） play an essential role in cancer development process. CXCR4/CXCR7 as G protein-coupled receptor-mediated signal transduction pathway is closely related. This article reviewed CXCL12 activation of specific receptors in different malignancies associated signal transduction pathways of biological characteristics.
