摘要
钙离子稳态异常是大脑神经元死亡的最后共同通路,也是引起Aβ产生细胞毒性的关键因素,且其紊乱与Aβ沉积、tau蛋白异常磷酸化、自由基损伤、炎症损伤等具有密切关系,因此其是各种急慢性退行性神经病变发生的关键因素,也是产生阿尔茨海默病的原因之一。就近年来中药单体及有效成分和复方对阿尔茨海默病钙离子稳态干预的实验研究进行综述。
Abnormal calcium steady state is the final common pathway of neurons in the brain death and is also a key factor in the production cytotoxicity of Aβ. The disorder of calcium steady state has a close contact with Aβ deposition,tau protein unusually phosphorylation,free radical damage and inflammatory damage,etc. So it is the key factors of acute or chronic neurodegenerative disease and is also one of the reasons of the Alzheimer’s Disease. In this paper,single and active ingredients in Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound of Alzheimer’s disease about calcium steady state intervention experimental study were summarized.
