摘要
总装配是汽车制造厂四大工艺里的最后一道生产工序,在冲压、焊接、涂装、装配四大工艺里属于主要使用栓接类连接的类型。目前各大汽车制造厂的工艺文件绝大部分使用的是纸质版的静态工艺文件来指导生产,文章则主要研究的是如何使静态的纸质版工艺文件转变为可视化的动态装配工艺,以更加便于操作工的理解,提高装配工艺文件对员工的现场指导作用。
Total assembly is the last production process in the four major processes of automobile manufacturing plant. Itbelongs to the main type of bolt connection in the four processes of stamping, welding, painting and assembly. The processdocuments of the major automobile factory most is using paper version file to guide the production, this paper mainlyresearches how to make static process file to a dynamic assembly process visualization, to easier for operator to understand,improve the site instruction function of assembly process documents.
