基于频响函数的复合材料格栅结构(AGS)损伤检测研究

摘要 针对复合材料格栅结构(AGS)典型损伤,本文提出了一种基于频响函数虚部的损伤检测方法。首先,在Patran有限元软件中建立有限元模型,对格栅结构在不同频率激励信号作用下的振动响应进行仿真分析,并计算其振动响应虚部的损伤检测指标,实现对损伤位置的准确判断和定位;随后为了验证该方法的有效性和准确性,在复合材料格栅结果实验模型上完成了两种损伤的实验验证。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地检测格栅结构的肋板断裂、脱粘和蒙皮压裂等各种损伤,对于实际工程结构中的格栅结构损伤定位研究具有一定的参考意义。 In this paper, according to the damage detection and localization of composite Advanccd Grid Structures (AGS), a noveldamage detection method, based on imaginary part of frequency resjDonse function, was proposed. First, finite element analysis modelof AGS was established in PATRAN software. Simulation analysis of frequency response of AGS under diferentnal was finished. On the simulation results, the indicator of damage can be calculated and then the damage can be found and posi-tioned. In order to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of this method, two kind of man-made damages of AGS model were found and positioned too by the experiment with the same method. Simulation and test results all showed that frequency response methods can beused to damage detection of AGS, especially to the damages of rib fracture, debonding, and skin fracture and so on.
