摘要
从中国进口葡萄酒现状、中外的葡萄酒质量安全标准的比较、进口葡萄酒检验检疫监管现状、近5年的深圳口岸进口葡萄酒的抽样检测数据等大量资料及数据基础上,对我国进口葡萄酒质量安全隐患进行详细的阐述和深入的分析,着重对进口葡萄酒质量安全管理作了深入的探讨,并提出了相应的对策,将为监管机构进口葡萄酒的安全风险控制和管理决策提供技术支持,同时为进口葡萄酒安全监管体系的完善建设提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the current situations of imported wine, the comparison of wine quality ＆ safety standards between China and foreign countries, the present status of inspection and quarantine supervision on imported wine, and the sampling test data of import- ed wine at Shenzhen port in recent 5 years, the potential safety ＆ quality hazards of imported grape wine were analyzed. Especially, the management of wine quality ＆ safety was discussed. Besides, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. The study provided technical support for grape wine supervision department and provided useful reference for perfecting the safety supervision system of imported grape wine.
