摘要
2000年以来国内学术界对法治政府的研究主要围绕基本概念、基本特征和价值取向、建设的意义、建设的发展历程、评价指标体系以及建设的地方案例、建设的具体路径等七大方面展开,回答了法治政府是什么、为什么和怎样建设的问题。但研究也存在不足:研究成果有一定程度的重复性和跟风性,研究视角需要拓展,研究内容需要丰富。新时期,可以从十个方面进一步深化法治政府的研究。
Since 2000,domestic academic research on the law-based government is mainly around seven aspects:the basic concept,the basic characteristics and its value orientation,the significance,the development process,the evaluation index system,the local case study,and the specific path.Those studies try to answer such questions as what is a law-based government,why and how to build a government based on law.However,these researches have some drawbacks,for example,the results have some degree of repeatability and follow the suit,the research perspective needs to be expanded,and the research needs to be rich.The new period can further deepen the study of the law-based government from ten aspects.We should put forward the deepening of the rule of law in the new period from ten aspects of the construction of the government.
