摘要
根据未成年人性权益的特性和网络虚拟性交的特点,分析在网络虚拟性交中未成年人性权益保障现状,通过积极探究未成年人性权益受网络虚拟性交侵害的原因,从而有针性地提出若干维护措施,通过完善立法、政府加强监管、互联网企业自律、学校和家庭强化性教育等方式,营造绿色健康的网络环境,保护未成年人的健康成长。
According to the characteristics of minors' sexual rights and interests and the features of network virtual coitus,this paper analyzes the status of protecting minors' sexual rights and interests in network virtual coitus. By actively exploring the reasons why minors' sexual rights and interests are aggrieved in network virtual coitus,it presents some maintenance measures,trying to create a green and healthy network environment and protect minors' healthy growth through improving legislation,strengthening governmental regulation and internet enterprises' selfdiscipline,as well as sex education in schools and family.
