摘要
党的十八大对基层党组织建设与创新提出了更高的要求,赋予了更高的使命。高校要完成好立德树人的根本任务,高校基层党组织必须要强起来,增强活力,发挥核心作用。全面分析高校基层党组织设置存在的问题,提出优化的创新设置模式,创新性地总结符合党建工作新形势新要求的党支部建设的内容和路径,有利于高校坚持社会主义办学方向,有利于高校执行好党的教育路线和方针,有利于高校培育社会主义事业合格建设者和接班人。
The 18th National Congress of CPC has put forward higher demands on the construction and innovation of grass-roots Party organizations and has given a higher mission. In order to accomplish the basic task of enhancing morality and fostering talents,the Party organizations at the grass-roots level must play a central role. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the setting of grass-roots Party organizations in colleges and universities,puts forward the optimized mode of innovation and innovatively sums up contents and paths suitable to the requirements of Party building work in the new situation,which is beneficial for colleges and universities to adhere to the socialist direction of running schools,carry out the Party＇s education line and policy and cultivate qualified builders and successors for the socialist cause.
