摘要
介绍了一种中性点消弧线圈并联可控投切低电阻接地装置的原理及单相接地故障现场试验情况,在现场试验基础上对消弧线圈并联可控投切低电阻接地装置选线、跳闸的灵敏性与可靠性进行了评估。该装置对单相金属性接地故障及接地电阻的单相高阻接地故障能够准确选出故障输电线路,兼具消弧线圈和低电阻接地方式的优点。指出应合理选择低电阻阻值以保证单相高阻接地故障时的灵敏度,并根据线路及系统电容电流分布情况进行零序故障电流值的整定,同时对消弧线圈并联可控投切低电阻装置设计选型、安装调试及运行维护提出了建议措施。
The principle of the neutral grounding device consisting of an arc suppression coil anda parallel controllable switching low resistance is introduced. The field test of single phase ground-ing fault is introduced. And the sensitivity and reliability of fault line selection and tripping of thedevice are evaluated on the basis of field test. The device can select the fault transmission line ac-curately in case of single phase metal grounding fault and single phase high resistance groundingfault with a certain degree of grounding resistance. And the device has the advantages of arc sup-pression coil and low resistance grounding mode. It is pointed out that the low resistance valueshould be chosen reasonably to ensure the sensitivity of the device when the single phase high re-sistance grounding fault occurs, and the zero sequence fault current setting value should be adjust-ed according to the distribution of the transmission line and the capacitive current of the system.Some design, installation, commissioning and operation maintenance suggestions for the device areput forward.
