摘要
目的了解山东省老年人的糖尿病患病现状,分析糖尿病患病的影响因素。方法系统分层抽取山东省的3个市,随机抽取2 157例60岁及以上的常住老年人为研究对象,进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果山东省老年人的糖尿病患病率为16.2%,不同性别、是否饮酒、有无糖尿病家族史、是否患高血压和不同体质指数(BMI)值老年人的糖尿病患病变差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,性别、饮酒、糖尿病家族史、患高血压和BMI值是老年人患糖尿病的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论山东省老年人的糖尿病患病率较高,针对其影响因素,社区应采取相应的控制措施,加强对老年人糖尿病的预防和控制,定期对社区人群进行疾病筛检,开展健康教育,提高老年人糖尿病的知晓率和控制率。
Objective To examine the prevalence of diabetes in the elderly in Shandong Province, analyze the influencing factors of diabetes mellitus, and find out the corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide a reasonable basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods Three cities were selected by stratified sampling in Shandong province,and totally 2 157 elderly people aged over 60 were selected. The data were collected with questionnaire survey and physical examination. Results The prevalence rate of diabetes in the elderly in Shandong province was 16.2%, and there were significant differences in the prevalence of diabetes among different genders, whether to drink, whether there was a family history of diabetes mellitus, whether they were suffering from hypertension and different BMI values （ P〈0. 05）. Multivariate analysis showed that gender, alcohol consumption, family history of diabetes, hypertension and BMI were the influencing factors for diabetes in the elderly （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Prevalence of elderly diabetes in Shandong Province is high, based on the impact factors, the community should take corresponding control measures, strengthen the prevention and control of diabetes in the elderly, regulate screening for community groups, carry out health education, improve the elderly diabetes awareness rate and the control rate.
