摘要
模内覆膜是近年来新型的一种注射工艺,因其有一般塑件所不具备优势而迅速地普及起来,尤其是家电、手机、汽车行业已经广泛应用,其多变的色彩,丰富的质感等高品质的表现,对顾客有很大吸引力,尤其是易清洁、易换代方面,是厂家和客户最满意的地方。介绍了内覆膜模具设计中的一点经验,希望对同行能有所借鉴。
IMD （In-Mold Decoration） is a new kind of technology in injection process in recent years, because it has the advantage that the general injection molding piece doesn＇t have. It was quietly popularized, in househoht appliance, mobile phone, automobile industry has been widely used. Its changeable color, rich texture,and high quality of surface have a great attraction to customers. Especially easy to clean and easy to replace are the most satisfactory place for manufacturers and customers. The experience of insert fihn mold design and manufacture is introduced, and it is hoped to be used for reference.
