摘要
对棉针织物采用生物果胶酶1632进行前处理,诺维信中性抛光酶8000L进行抛光与活性染色同浴加工,代用碱K5活性固色,棉用高浓固色剂TX-2568进行固色后处理,最后进行柔软整理等。该工艺可明显缩短工艺流程,减少废水排放,并可提升产品质量,达到节能降耗、降低成本的目的。
Wet processing of cotton knits is carried out with pretreatment with biological pectinase 1632, one bath neutral biopolishing with Novozymes Cellusoft NeuPolish 8000L and reactive dyeing, fixation with the substitution alkali K5 and post-treating with high concentration fixing agent TX-2568, and soft finishing. The process can obviously shorten the process flow, reduce the discharge of waste water, im- prove the quality of the product
