摘要
该研究综述了天然植物源靛蓝染色的历史及起源,介绍了4种常用的天然靛蓝主染植物蓼蓝、马蓝、木蓝及菘蓝生物学特征,并且重点概述了植物靛蓝生物合成途径相关研究、生化及分子生物学方面最新研究进展,最后展望了天然靛蓝植物未来开发与应用的趋势。
In this review article,we briefly introduced the history and origin of indigo dyeing of natural plant,and the biological characteristics of four common indigo plants,Polygonum tinctorium L.,Baphicacanthus cusia（Nees）Bremek,Indigofera tinctoria L.and Isatis indigotica Fort.We also highlighted the latest research progress in biochemical and molecular biology studies of natural indigo plants.Finally we described the current trends and future prospects of development and application in natural indigo plants.
