摘要
目的 :优化茯黄颗粒的提取工艺。方法 :以总三萜提取量为考察指标,采用正交试验优化茯黄颗粒处方中茯苓皮和酒萸肉的醇提工艺;以总多糖和黄芪甲苷提取量为考察指标,采用正交试验优化茯苓皮、酒萸肉醇提后的残渣与桑白皮、黄芪、麻黄的水提工艺。结果 :茯苓皮、酒萸肉以80%乙醇提取2次,第1次加10倍量,第2次加8倍量,每次提取1.5 h;醇提后的药材残渣与黄芪、桑白皮、麻黄加水煎煮3次,第1次加10倍量,第2、3次均加8倍量,每次煎煮1 h。结论 :确定了茯黄颗粒科学合理的提取工艺,为茯黄颗粒的开发生产奠定基础。
Objective :To optimize the extraction process of Fuhuang Granules. Methods :Using the extraction rate of triterpenoids as index,orthogonal experiment was employed for the optimization of the alcohol extraction process of Poria peel and wine-prepared Fructus Corni in the prescription of FuhuangGranule. With the extraction rates of astragaloside and total polysaccharides as indexes,orthogonal experiment was used for the optimization of the water extraction process of the dregs of Poria peel and wineprepared Fructus Corni,and Morus Alba,Radix Astragali,Herba Ephedrae. Results :The best process was as below :Poria peel and wine-prepared Fructus Corni were added with 10,8 times of 80% ethanol and boiled twice,1.5 h for each time. The alcohol extraction dregs and Radix Astragali,Morus Alba,Herba Ephedrae were added with 10,8,8 times of water and boiled 3 times,1 h for each time. Conclusion :The extraction process was economical and more efficient,and lay the foundation for the application and development of Fuhuang Granule.
