摘要
针对当前烟草行业因集团化规模化发展,各卷烟工业公司生产点、原料仓库分散在不同地区导致的原料使用控制难度大和复杂性强等问题,设计实现了基于对象技术的多生产点环境下的原料配方平衡试算模型。首先,根据生产计划设定试算配方的批量,计算试算配方使用烟叶在全部可执行配方中需要的数量;然后,计算烟叶的实时库存量,通过烟叶配方需求量与实时库存量对比计算,得出烟叶能否支撑配方执行计划的平衡结果;最后,将通过平衡计算的配方批量下发到各个生产点,进行烟叶的统一调配。应用效果表明通过该模型配方设计人员可以及时准确掌握烟叶原料库存数量,保证烟叶在各品牌间合理、有效地利用,同时保证配方下发到生产环节可以严格有效地执行。
Because of collectivization and large-scale development of current tobacco industry, the production points and the raw material warehouses of a cigarette industry are scattered in different areas, causing difficult and complex raw material use control. A raw material formula balanced trial model for multi-production points based on object technology was designed and implemented. Firstly, the trial batch was set according to the production plan, and the amount of tobacco leaves in the trial recipes of total executable formula was calculated. Secondly, the real-time stock of tobacco leaves was calculated, the demand of tobacco leaves in the trial recipe was compared with the real-time inventory to judge whether the amount of tobacco leaves could support the balanced result of the formula execution plan. Finally, the trial formula after balanced calculation was distributed to each production point for unified deployment of tobacco leaves. Application results show that through the model formula designers can accurately grasp the amount of tobacco raw material inventory, to ensure the reasonable and effective utilization of tobacco leaves in each brand, to ensure that the formula issued to the production process can be strictly and effectively implemented.
