摘要
高血压是我国乃至全球最常见的慢性病。家庭自测血压因其具有真实、可靠、简便等诸多优点越来越被专家学者重视和提倡,其应用于社区高血压慢病管理中能提高社区高血压检出率、改善患者依从性和血压控制,具有重要价值和作用。为了更好地开展高血压的慢病管理,探索应用互联网技术实现家庭血压与血压管理平台的数据对接,实现互联网+高血压慢病管理目标。本文综述了利用互联网技术实现数据管理对高血压慢病防治的优势及难点。
Hypertension is the most common chronic disease in China and even in the world. Many experts and scholars have advocated that great attention should be paid to self-testing blood pressure because of its reality, reliability and convenience, by which the detection rate of hypertension, patient’s compliance and blood pressure control can be signifcantly improved, so it has an important value and function when applied in the management of chronic disease such as hypertension. In order to better carry out the management of hypertension, we should explore the application of internet technology to achieve data docking between the family blood pressure and the management platform of blood pressure so as to realize the internet plus management of chronic disease such as hypertension. The advantages and difculties in data management of chronic disease such as hypertension by internet technology are reviewed in this article.
