摘要
目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤与莫西沙星联合应用对老年社区获得性肺炎患者治疗效果的影响。方法:选取58例老年社区获得性肺炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将入组的患者分为对照组和研究组,每组29例,对照组患者给予莫西沙星治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上采用麻杏石甘汤治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及各实验室指标变化。结果:研究组及对照组患者的治疗总有效率分别为93.10%、75.86%(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者的各中医证候积分及各实验室指标比较不存在显著差异性(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者各中医证候积分均显著降低,除中性粒细胞百分比外各实验室指标均显著改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤与莫西沙星联合应用可有效改善患者的临床症状、体征及实验室指标,疗效显著,在老年社区获得性肺炎的治疗中具有重要的应用价值。
Objective： To explore the efects of Maxingshigan decoction and moxifoxacin in the treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia. Methods： Fifty-eight cases of patients with community acquired pneumonia were selected and divided into a control group （n=29） and a research group （n=29） by random number table. The control group was treated with moxifoxacin while the research group with Maxingshigan decoction and moxifoxacin. The clinical efects, TCM scores and laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups . Results： The total efciency was 93.10% in the research group and 75.86% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The comparison of TCM scores and laboratory indexes showed no signifcant differences before treatment （P〉0.05）, however, all the TCM scores and laboratory indexes except N% were significantly improved after treatment and furthermore the research group was much better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Maxingshigan decoction and moxifoxacin can efectively improve the clinical symptoms, TCM scores and laboratory indexes and possesses an important value in the treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia.
