摘要 介绍了风电铸件的发展历程、技术要求和标准。风电铸件的技术创新包含建立风电铸件标准、建立严格精细熔炼技术、采用均衡工艺、不断研发大功率风电产品,通过严格控制原辅材料(采用风电球墨铸铁件专用生铁或高纯生铁、采用优质废钢、选择合适的球化剂与孕育剂)、严格控制尺寸精度、控制新品开发和工艺试验质量、控制熔炼质量(化学成分、脱S、球化与孕育工艺、超声波和磁粉探伤),确保风电铸件的质量。最后指出:通过专业化、规模化生产,风电铸件的质量肯定越来越好,技术越来越成熟;但是,我们还要看到与先进国家在稳定性、一致性、可靠性方面的差距,只有奋起直追,才有希望,才有进步。 The development progress history,technical requirements,and standard of the wind power castings were introduced.The technology innovation of the wind power castings included:establishing wind power casting standards,establishing strict meticulous melting technique,using simultaneous solidification casting method,endlessly developing high power wind power products,strictly controlling raw materials and auxiliary materials(using pig iron specially for wind power nodular iron castings or high purity pig iron,using high quality steel scrap,choosing suitable nodularizer and innoculant),strictly controlling dimensions accuracy,controlling quality of the new products development and process-method experiments,controlling melting quality(chemical composition,de-sulphurizing,nodularizing and inoculating processes,UT and MT defects detection)to guarantee quality of the wind power castings. Finally pointed out:by specializing and scale production,the quality of wind power castings will certainly become better and better,technology will become mature and more mature. However,we should see,compared with the advanced countries,there was still gap in the aspects of the consistency,reliability. Only do all we can do to catch up,we could hope to develop and progress.
