香梨对桔小实蝇的引诱作用及挥发物成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:5

摘要 利用"Y"型嗅觉仪测定香梨(Pyrus brestschneideri Rehd.)果实挥发物对桔小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis)雌虫的引诱活性,结合固相微萃取技术(SPME)对香梨成熟果实的挥发物进行收集,并应用气相色谱和质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析,以寻找桔小实蝇雌虫引诱化合物,为进一步深入开发桔小实蝇雌虫引诱剂提供理论依据。结果表明,香梨成熟果实气味对桔小实蝇雌虫具有明显的引诱作用。GC-MS分析表明香梨挥发物的主要化学成分为10种含量大于0.5%的酯类物质,分别为己酸乙酯(28.65%)、乙酸乙酯(21.96%)、丁酸乙酯(15.48%)、辛酸乙酯(4.80%)、正己基乙酸酯(3.50%)、2-甲基丁酸乙酯(3.33%)、(R)-(+)-柠檬烯(1.89%)、水芹酸乙酯(1.18%)、正十四烷(0.54%)和α-法尼烯(0.52%)。可见,成熟香梨对桔小实蝇雌虫具有明显的嗅觉引诱作用,推测上述10种酯类物质是香梨引诱桔小实蝇雌成虫的主要活性成分。 The attraction of Pyrus brestschneideri Rehd to Bactrocera dorsalis was studied by using "Y"-tube olfactometers in laboratory. The volatiles from P. brestschneideri Rehd were collected by solid phase microextraction(SPME) and identified by gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric(GC-MS) in this research. The present experiment was conducted to explore the attractive compound and provide some theoretical basis for further study on the attractant of female B. dorsalis. The results showed that the P. brestschneideri Rehd had significantly attracting ability to female B. dorsalis. The main components of the volatiles of P. brestschneideri Rehd were ester compounds and the content of each compounds was greater than 0.5%. These compounds were Ethyl hexanoate(28.65%),Ethyl acetate(21.96%),Ethyl butyrate(15.48%),Ethyl octoate(4.80%),Hexyl acetate(3.50%),Ethyl2-methylbutyrate (3.33%),D-Limonene (1.89%),Ethyl heptanoate (1.18%),Tetradecane (0.54%),α-Farnesene (0.52%),respectively. The results indicated that P. brestschneideri Rehd has a lure activity to the female B. dorsalis and these esters may be the active compound of P. brestschneideri Rehd.
