摘要
油井产量计量是油田生产管理中的一项重要工作,王一接转站2008年进行站内计量工艺流程优化简化后,由于各种原因计量工艺一直未能正常运行。为此,结合现场实际情况,对分站计量系统进行了改造,采取的措施包括:优化计量流程走向;对含水分析仪内部结构进行优化;根据流量计性能,对过滤器及滤网规格进行了优选,减少截流;设计安装自清洗过滤器及清洗流程;加装液位超高报警器;在液位计浮球位置安装防卡筒;增大浮子液位调节阀通径,确保排液。改造后的分站计量系统在宁50站应用表明,其气相和液相处理能力远远大于产出量,即分离器内的混合物有足够的时间进行沉降分离,计量分离器能够达到理想的分离效果。
The metering of oil well production is an important task in oilfield production and management.After optimization and simplification of its process in 2008,limited by all kinds of reasons the metering process cannot operate normally all the time.Therefore,combined with field practical conditions,the substation metering system is transformed. Transformation measures include: optimizing metering flow direction;optimizing the internal structure of water cut analyzers;optimizing filters and filter screen size according to the performance of the flow meter to reduce closure; designing and installing the selfcleaning filter and cleaning process;installing liquid level high alarm;installing the anti-jam tube in the floating ball position of the liquid level indicator;increasing the path diameter of the floater liquid level control valve to ensure the drainage. After transforming, the substation metering system is applied in Ning 50 Station, and the result shows that the gas phase and liquid phase treatment capacity are both much greater than producing capacity, namely the mixture in the separator has enough time for sediment and separation,and the metering separator can achieve an ideal separation effect.
