吐丝温度对60钢盘条组织和拉拔性能的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文采用了光学显微镜(OM)、拉伸试验机等设备,针对60钢盘条吐丝温度对其组织性能的影响进行研究。结果表明:吐丝温度在840~860℃范围内盘条组织及性能达到最优匹配,有利于保证60钢盘条良好的拉拔性能;过高或过低的吐丝温度均对盘条拉拔性能造成不良影响。 The effect of laying temperature on microstructure and properties of 60 steel wire rods has been studied by using optical microscope and tensile testing machine. Results show that the microstructure and the properties of wire rods match best when the laying temperature is in 840℃-860℃ temperature range, which is beneficial to ensure good drawing property of 60 steel wire rods. However, excessively high or low laying temperature has bad influence on drawing property of wire rods.
