摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定消银软膏中水杨酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Wonda Cract ODS-2柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相为水-甲醇-冰醋酸溶液(V:V:V=50:50:1);流速为0.9 ml/min;柱温为25℃;进样量为20μl;检测波长为304 nm。结果:水杨酸质量浓度在15.49~77.41μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=43.311 X+10.93(R^2=0.999 8,n=6);水杨酸的加样回收率为98.3%(RSD=0.6%,n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,专属性强,为消银软膏的质量控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for determining the contents of salicylic acid in Xiaoyin ointment. METHODS: The column was WondaCract ODS-2 (4. 6 mm× 150 mm,5μm) ; the mobile phase was water-methanol-glacial acetic acid ( V: V: V =50 : 50:1 ) ; the flow rate was 0. 9 ml/min, the column temperature was 25 ℃, the injection volume was 20 μl and the detection wavelength was set at 304 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curves of salicylic acid was in good linearity over the ranges of 15.49- 77.41μg/ml, the linear regression model was Y = 43. 311 X + 10. 93 ( R2 = 0. 999 8, n = 6 ) ; and the average recoveries was 98.3% (RSD = 0. 6% ,n = 9). CONCLUSIONS: This method is simple, and has high sensitivity and strong specificity, which can provide reference for the quality control of Xiaoyin ointment.
