摘要
为了满足气压传动科研过程中"气电一体化"控制实验的需求,本项目研制了多功能组合式实验台架。通过计算机实现实验操作数据的设计、系统执行元件的控制、实验数据的处理和实验曲线的输出。与传统的气压传动实验台相比,能够实现气动系统控制过程的自动化、可视化、数字化,有效提高实验效率,显著提高学生学习兴趣。
In order to meet the demand of "gas and electricity integration" control experiment in the process of pneumatic trans-mission research, a multifunctional combined test bench was developed in this project. The design of experimental operation data, the control of system execution element, the processing of experimental data and the output of experimental curve are realized by com-puter. Compared with the traditional pneumatic transmission test bench, it can realize the automation, visualization and digitization of the pneumatic system control process, effectively improve the experimental efficiency and significantly improve the students' interest in learning.
