摘要
随着畜牧业的快速发展,我国对蛋白质饲料原料需求日益剧增,导致蛋白质饲料原料供应不足。因此,寻找新的饲粮蛋白资源迫在眉睫。构树叶的蛋白质含量高,脂肪、氨基酸和矿物质等营养物质含量丰富,是一种价值较高的植物蛋白资源。文章从构树叶的营养成分以及其在畜禽上的应用进行综述,探讨构树叶作为蛋白质饲料原料在畜禽养殖上的应用前景。
With the rapid development of animal husbandry, the demand for protein feed resource is increasing day by day, resulting in insufficient supply of protein feed resource. Therefore, looking for new protein diets is imminent. The protein content of the broussonetia papyrifera leaves is high, and the nutrient content of fats, amino acids and minerals are rich, which is a valuable vegetable protein. In this paper, the nutrient composition of broussonetia papyrifera leaves was studied, and the application prospect of heaves was discussed.
