摘要
采用两种不同的方法在编织碳纤维表面制备了胶原与羟基磷灰石(HA)复合涂层.研究了不同制备方法对涂层的影响,并对复合涂层的物相,元素组成,官能团以及生物活性进行了表征与测试.研究结果表明,利用电沉积法复合浸渍提拉法可以在编织碳纤维表面制备均匀致密的胶原/HA复合涂层.模拟体液浸泡实验表明,编织碳纤维表面所制备的胶原/HA复合涂层,具有优异的生物活性.本研究为以编织碳纤维为支架的人工气管生物材料的研究奠定了理论基础.
Collagen and hydroxyapatite(HA)composite coatings on the surface of woven carbon fibers were prepared by two different methods.Effects of different preparation methods on composite coatings were investigated.The phase,element composition,functional group and biological activity of the composite coating were characterized.It is shown that the uniform and dense collagen/HA composite coating can be prepared on the surface of woven carbon fibers by the combination of electrochemical deposition and dipping method.Simulated body fluid immersion experiments shown that the collagen/HA composite coating prepared on the woven carbon fibers surface has an excellent bioactivity.This work laid the theoretical foundation for the study of artificial tracheal biomaterials with woven carbon fiber as scaffold.
