摘要
目的了解宜宾县居民健康素养水平的基本状况及其影响因素,为各级相关政府部门制定提升居民健康素养水平的相关政策提供理论依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样的方法,随机抽取宜宾县3个乡镇(6个村,每个村完成50份为止),共调查了300个居民。结果 2016年宜宾县居民具备健康素养率为6.3%,基本健康知识和理念素养率为11.3%,健康生活方式行为素养率为4.3%,基本技能素养率为8.0%,科学健康观素养率为23.3%,传染病防治素养率为13.7%,慢性病防治率为2.0%,安全与急救素养率为31.0%,基本医疗素养率为6.7%,健康信息素养率为9.0%;其中影响居民健康素养的因素有年龄、文化程度和职业,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),居民文化水平越高,健康素养水平越高;健康素养水平无性别差异(P>0.05)。结论目前宜宾县居民健康素养水平仍然很低,需要加大对宜宾县居民的健康教育宣传力度,特别是慢性病防治工作的宣传。
Objective To understand the basic status and influencing factors of health literacy level in Yibin County, and to provide theoretical basis for relevant departments of government at all levels to formulate poli- cies to improve residents＇ health literacy level. Methods A multistage stratified sampling method was used to select three towns （6 villages, 50 samples per village） randomly in Yibin County. A total of 300 residents were surveyed. Results The survey respondents indicated that the health literacy rate was 6. 3%, the basic health knowledge and concept literacy , 11.3%, the rate of healthy lifestyle behavior was 4.3%, the rate of basic skills were 8.0%, the rate of science health education literacy was 23.3%, the rate of infectious dis- ease prevention and control was 13.7%, the rate of chronic disease prevention was 2.0%, the rate of safety and first aid was 31.0%, the rate of basic medical literacy was 6. 7%, the rate of health information was 9.0% ; among them, the factors which affected residents＇ health literacy were age, level of education and ca- reer （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The higher of residents＇ education levehhe higher of their health literacy level, there＇s no gender differences in health literacy level （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion At present, the health literacy level of residents in Yibin County is still very low, and it is necessary to increase the publicity of health education of residents in Yibin county, especially the propaganda of chronic disease prevention.
