摘要
以芦苇花为原料,用磷酸三苯酯活化法制备芦苇花基活性炭。磷酸三苯酯与芦苇花按质量比0.8∶1混合浸渍8 h后,在N_2气氛保护下,450℃活化2 h,制备了芦苇花基活性炭,通过N_2吸脱附等温线测试其比表面积为1 104 m^2/g、孔尺寸为21.6nm;采用红外和扫描电镜对最佳条件下制备的芦苇花基活性炭结构和形貌进行表征,并通过热分析探讨了磷酸三苯酯浸渍芦苇花后的活化过程。
Activated carbons were produced from reedy flowers by chemical activation with triphenyl phosphate as activated agent at the mass ratio of triphenyl phosphate to reedy flowers of 0.8 in N2 atmosphere and their characteristics were investigated. The sur- face area and pore size of the activated carbons produced at 450 ℃ for 2 h were 1 104 m2/g and 21.6 nm, respectively. Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize the physical structure and surface chemistry characterization of activated carbon. Thermal decomposition of triphenyl phosphate-impregnated reedy flowers has been investigated with thermogravimetric (TG) technique.
