摘要
研究了5种不同制备方法对烟用活性炭性质的影响,表征了其比表面积、表面形貌和酸碱基团,并将其应用到卷烟滤嘴中。比较了不同方法制备的活性炭对烟气主要有害成分释放量的影响。结果表明:微波加热会对活性炭表面造成破坏,降低比表面积;KOH活化法制备的竹质活性炭优于水蒸气活化法;马弗炉KOH法经2次活化制备的活性炭对主流烟气中主要有害成分吸附效果最佳。
Five activated carbons were synthesized by different preparation methods, and the pore structure, surface morphology and acid/base groups were characterized. Furthermore, the effects of different preparation methods on the harmful components ad- sorption in cigarette smoke by activated carbons were compared. The results show that the surface structure of activated carbon would be damaged after heating by microwave, which leads to the reduction of surface area. When adsorption properties were taken into ac- count, bamboo activated carbon prepared by KOH activation method performed better than the activated carbon prepared by steam activation method. The activated carbon activated two times by KOH through muffle furnace performed the best adsorption of harmful components in mainstream of cigarette smoke.
