摘要
研究目的:为研究耐候钢管混凝土的受力性能,本文结合4根耐候钢管混凝土轴压短柱试验展开研究,采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行模拟计算,并结合试验和有限元方法分析比较耐候钢管混凝土轴压短柱与普通钢管混凝土轴压短柱力学性能的差异。研究结论:(1)耐候钢材拉伸性能试验表明耐候钢材与碳素钢的力学性能相似,文中采用的钢材本构关系对耐候钢适用;(2)增加内约束箍筋后,对耐候钢管混凝土轴压短柱的极限承载力、延性以及钢管对混凝土的约束作用均有较大幅度的提高;(3)耐候钢管混凝土短柱试验研究、有限元分析结果均表明耐候钢管混凝土轴压短柱静力力学性能与钢管混凝土试件无显著差异;(4)本研究成果可为耐候钢管混凝土短柱力学性能研究提供借鉴。
Research purposes: In order to study the mechanical behavior of concrete - filled round - ended weathering steel tubular stub columns, this paper carried out 4 concrete - filled weathering steel tubular stub columns in round - end forms experiments. The finite element (FE) method is used to analyze the concrete -filled weathering steel tubular stub columns. Analysis and comparison of the difference between concrete - filled weathering steel tubular stub columns and concrete -filled steel tubular stub columns was based on the finite element method and experiment results. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The constitutive relation of steel used in this paper is suitable for weathering steel and the steel tensile performance test shows that the mechanical properties of weathering steel and carbon steel are similar. (2) The ultimate bearing capacity, ductility and the restraint effect of steel tube on concrete are greatly improved with the confining stirrup. (3)The experimental results and finite element analysis results show that the static mechanical properties of concrete - filled round - ended weathering steel tubular stub columns and concrete - filled steel tubular columns are no significant difference. (4)The research results can provide the reference for the mechanical properties of the concrete -filled round- ended weathering steel tubular stub columns.
