摘要
结直肠癌(CRC)是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。在CRC的发生、发展过程中,肿瘤细胞可分泌出大量蛋白质,而一些分泌蛋白已作为肿瘤标志物被用于CRC的早期诊断、临床治疗、预后判断和复发监测。随着蛋白质组学技术的快速发展,近年来越来越多新的CRC诊断与治疗标志物从血清、组织、细胞等不同水平被发掘出来,并为CRC的早期诊断与治疗提供了新的思路与策略。
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignancies. In the course of the occurrence and development of CRC, many proteins are secreted by tumor cells, and some of them have been used as tumor markers for early diagnosis, clinical treatment, prognosis and recurrence monitoring of CRC. With the rapid development of proteomics techniques, more and more differentially expressed secreted proteins have been identified from the levels of eolorectal serum, tissues and cell lines, and novel potential markershave also been discovered for CRC diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the advances in proteomic study of CRC tumor markers, which may provide theoretical reference forthe discovery and screening of CRC tumor markers.
