摘要
目的 比较万拉法新与氯丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症的疗效和副作用。方法 对 6 2例抑郁症患者分别以万拉法新和氯丙咪嗪治疗 6周 ,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD) ,临床总体评定量表 (CGI)评定临床疗效 ,采用副反应量表 (TESS)评定副反应 ,在治疗前及治疗后 1,2 ,4 ,6周进行评定。结果 万拉法新与氯丙咪嗪显效率分别为 84 %和 81% ,两组之间无显著差异(χ2 =1.10 9,P >0 .0 5 )。万拉法新起效迅速 ,副反应显著低于氯丙咪嗪 ,主要副反应为轻度头晕、消化道症状、失眠 ;氯丙咪嗪主要为抗胆碱能和心血管系统副作用。结论 万拉法新治疗抑郁症与氯丙咪嗪疗效相当 ,起效快 。
Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine and clorimipramine in the treatment of depression. Methods 62 patients were randomly assigned into two groups to receive venlafaxine and clorimipramine for 6 weeks. The efficacy were assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Clinical Global Impression(CGI)and the side effects were assessed by Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scales(TESS) before treatment and 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment. Results The effective rate of venlafaxine and clorimipramine was 84%and 81% respectively. There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups (χ 2=1.109,P>0.05). venlafaxine worked more rapidly and had fewer side effects. venlafaxine were mainly slight dizziness, digestive system reactions and insomnia, while that of clorimipramine were severe anticholinergic systems and harms to the circulatory systerm. Conclusion Venlafaxine is similar to clorimipramine in the treatment of depression with less side effects.
