乳腺癌患者手术前后外周血免疫细胞亚群FCM检测分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨乳腺癌患者手术前后免疫功能状态变化及临床意义。方法 :手术前后 3~ 6d抽取外周静脉血 ,流式细胞术 (FCM )检测CD+ 3 总T淋巴细胞、CD+ 4 辅助T细胞、CD+ 8杀伤 /抑制T细胞、CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值、CD+ 56NK细胞、CD+ 19总B淋巴细胞、CD+ 2 5IL 2受体细胞比例。结果 :乳腺癌术后外周静脉血CD+ 3 总T淋巴细胞、CD+ 4 辅助T细胞、CD+ 2 5IL 2受体细胞比例较术前显著增高 ,CD+ 56NK细胞比例显著下降 ,CD+ 8杀伤 /抑制T细胞、CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值、CD+ 19总B淋巴细胞变化差异无显著性。结论 :乳腺癌术后机体处于正性免调节状态 ,表现在以T淋巴细胞介导的细胞免疫反应为主 。 Objective To investigate the changes of the immunological function for patients with breast cancer undergone radical or modified radical operations.Methods Take the peripheral blood from 28 patients with breast cancer and detect the proportion of the CD + 3 total Tcells,CD + 4 Th cells,CD + 25 IL-2R cells,CD + 56 NK cells,CD + 8 Tc/Ts cells,CD + 19 total B lymphocytes with the series of the monoclonal antibody by FCM from 3 to 6 days perioperation.Results The proportion of CD + 3 total T cells,CD + 4 Th cells,CD + 25 IL-2R cells increased significantly and the proportion of the CD + 56 NK cells decreased significantly after the operation compared with that before the operation. The proportion of CD + 8 Tc/Ts cells,CD 4/CD 8 ratio and CD + 19 total B lymphocyte showed no significant changes.Conclusion The operation induced the course of positive immunoregulation on patients with breast cancer.It mainly showed in the way of cellular immune reaction.The mechanism and it's clinical meanings are worthy of further study.
