摘要
采用调查法、访谈法、文献资料法等对宜昌市秭归县三峡移民的体育人口、活动参与、体育消费、运动动机以及非体育参与者不进行体育锻炼的原因进行广泛调查,主要结论为:该地区移民活动参与意识相对保守、体育公共设施与服务不足、体育消费不高、体育人口数量偏低且以老年群体为主;地理位置导致经济不发达是其根本原因、思想观念落后是最主要的内部心理因素、地方政府不重视是最直接的外部原因。解决移民体育发展需要:加大财政投入与帮助的同时借助区位和资源优势大力发展经济,形成体育发展与地方经济发展长效互动机制;加强体育宣传力度,移风易俗,倡导健康文明的生活方式;体育发展与领导人政绩挂钩,完善公共体育服务体系;以民族民间传统体育项目为主,形成地区特色和品牌效应。
Using the survey method,interview method,literature method and so on to Yichang zigui county of three gorges immigrants,activities,to participate in sports population,sports consumption,sports motivation and non-sports participants do not exercise the wide investigation,the cause of the main conclusion is: the region immigration activity participation relatively conservative,insufficient public sports facilities and services,sports consumption is not high,population is low and is given priority to with the elderly; Geography is the fundamental reason to economy is not developed,backward ideology is the main internal psychological factors,the local government doesn't value is the most direct external causes. Solve immigration sports development need to increase financial input and help with the help of geographical and resource advantages to develop the economy at the same time,the formation of sports development and the interaction mechanism of local economic development; to enhance the publicity on sports,transforming social traditions,advocate healthy and civilized way of life; sports development achievements with leaders,to perfect the public sports service system; is given priority to with folk traditional sports project,the formation of regional characteristics and brand effect.
