摘要
为快速、准确、全面获取河道水陆地形,提出构建水陆三维一体化测量系统,即由三维激光、多波束、光纤罗经、GNSS、相机等多传感器集成及其数据时空融合关键技术、系统整体设计方案。为精确建立测船坐标系,提出利用测船及其他传感器基座设计图确定船体坐标系方法;为削弱潮位误差,提出利用高精度、高分辨率重力模型,实现多波束无验潮测深技术。选取寸滩河段进行水陆一体化测量系统的数据采集、精度评定、成果应用试验,证实了水陆三维一体化测量系统的可行性、可靠性、精确性。
In order to fast,accurately and comprehensively obtain land and river terrain,an integrated land and water threedimensional measurement system is proposed. The system consists of some key technologies: data spatial-temporal fusion and the multi-sensor integration of 3 D laser,multi-beam,fiber optic compass,GNSS and camera. This paper gives a systematical introduction to the general design scheme. It is proposed to use the ship hull and the design plan of other sensor base for accurately establishing ship coordinate system,to realize multi beam non-tidal bathymetry by high precision and high resolution gravity model that can reduce the tidal level error. By the new system,an integrated land and water measuring project was carried out for the Cuntan reach of Yangtze River,during which data acquisition,accuracy evaluation and result application were practiced,so the feasibility,reliability and accuracy of the new system are proved.
