摘要
为了重新激活现存衰败的旧工业建筑,使现代城市得以有机更新,以延续其历史文脉。通过查阅文献及大量的实地调研,以环境艺术设计理论为视角,阐述了旧工业建筑更新再利用的必要性及适宜性,并进一步详细探讨了其更新再利用的设计策略及未来发展趋势。研究发现:对旧工业建筑更新再利用可以有效的缓解城市用地紧张、环境污染等现实问题,充分发挥其自身所具有的价值,体现了生态可持续的建筑发展观,对当今的"城市双修"有着十分重要的意义。
In order to reactivate the existing old industrial buildings,the modern city can be updated organically so as to continue its historical context.In the perspective of environmental art design theory,this paper expounds the necessity and suitability of the renewal and reuse of old industrial buildings and further discusses the design strategy and future development trend of its regeneration and reuse in details through consulting literature and a large number of field research.The study found：the renewal and reuse of old industrial buildings can effectively relieve the strain on urban land,environment pollution and other practical problems as well as can give full play to its own value,it also embodies the ecological and sustainable construction development view,this has very important significance to today＇s ＂Urban Double Repair＂.
