摘要
目的:通过观察多胎动物的卵巢结构,探讨双胎和多胎发生的新机制。方法:取小鼠、大鼠、兔子和小型犬卵巢,制备石蜡切片,H-E染色,光镜观察并采集图片。结果:所取卵巢中,均有1个卵泡内含多个卵母细胞的现象。结论:双胎和多胎发生机制,除已知的单卵受精后发育分离成多个胚胎和多个卵泡同步成熟排卵同时受精因素外,还可能是同一卵泡内的多个卵母细胞成熟后一起排出并受精的原因。
Objective: To explore the new mechanism of twins and multiplets by observing the ovary structure of multiplet animals. Methods: Ovaries of mice, rats, rabbits and small dogs were tracked and the paraffin section was made and stained by H-E staining method. It was observed under light microscope and pictures were collected. Results: In all the ovaries, there was one follicle containing multiple oocytes. Conclusion: In addition to the single oocyte fertilizing and differentiating into multiple embryos and synchronous maturity, ovulation and fertilization of multiple follicles, the mechanism of twins and muhiplets could be the result of multiple oocytes in one follicle maturing, discharging and fertilizing at the same time.
