摘要 采用Hypermesh软件建立钢板弹簧总成有限元分析模型,强度分析结果表明其第三片板簧和第七片板簧的的安全系数均低于目标值1.2。通过Isight集成平台对第三片板簧和第七片板簧的长度和厚度进行优化分析,得到它们的最优参数,优化之后其最大应力分别降低了6.9%和6.8%,并且其安全系数均大于1.2,满足强度设计要求。其模态分析结果表明,优化之后该钢板弹簧总成的前两阶频率超出发动机怠速频率范围,满足模态要求。优化之后该钢板弹簧的垂向弯曲刚度和侧向弯曲刚度均能够满足其刚度要求。 Finite element model of leaf spring was established by adopting the Hypermesh software, and the strength analysis results showed that the safety factor of the third leaf spring and the seventh leaf spring were both below the target value of 1.2. The length and thickness of the third leaf spring and the seventh leaf spring were optimized and analyzed by adopting the Isight integration platform, and then the optimal parameters were obtained. The maximum stress decreased by 6.9% and 6.8% re- spectively, and the safety factors were greater than 1.2 after optimization, so it could meet the strength requirements. The mo- dal analysis results showed that the first two order modal frequencies of the leaf spring were greater than the engine idle fre- quency after optimization, so it could meet the modal requirements. The stiffness analysis results showed that the vertical ben- ding stiffness and lateral bending stiffness could meet the stiffness requirements after optimization.
