摘要
目的观察针药并用对中风后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用针刺加中药的方法治疗,对照组单纯常规针刺治疗。结果治疗组治愈17例,有效2例,总有效率为95%,对照组治愈15例,有效2例,总有效率为85%。结论针药并用和常规针刺对中风后顽固性呃逆均有很好的治疗作用,但是治疗组优于对照组。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medication on intractable hiccup after stroke. Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was intervened by acupuncture and medication, while the control group was treated by acupuncture only. Results In the treatment group, 17 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 95%. In the control group, 15 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 85%. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medication and routine acupuncture have a good therapeutic effect on intractable hiccup after stroke, but the treatment group is better than the control group.
