摘要
目的评价吉林省道地药材人参的有效性及安全性。方法在常用数据库中检索人参的随机对照试验(RCT),根据文献及Cochrane系统评价的原理和方法,评价RCT的质量,并使用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9个RCT研究,人参治疗试验组和对照组比较人参组的生存时间、有效率明显高于对照组,常见不良反应包括血象降低、免疫功能减低的发生率明显降低。结论人参各种制剂,辅助放射治疗或化疗,可以提高疗效、降低不良反应的发生率。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ginseng in Jilin authentic ingredients. Methods Randomized controlled trials（RCTs） of ginseng were retrieved in the commonly used database. The quality of RCT was evaluated according to the principles and methods of the literature and Cochrane system evaluation. Meta analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software provided by Cochrane Collaboration. Results A total of 9 RCT studies, ginseng treatment, the test group and control group survival ginseng group was significantly higher,common adverse reactions including blood decreased incidence of reduced immune function was significantly reduced.Conclusion All kinds of ginseng preparation, adjuvant radiotherapy or chemotherapy can improve the curative effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
