摘要
目的 :观察支气管扩张咯血的相关指标及临床表现,分析探索咯血可能的诱因以及治疗策略。方法 :48例支气管扩张患者中20例支气管扩张伴咯血者为观察组,28例无咯血者为对照组,分析比较两组临床指标的异同、辨证分型,探索支气管扩张伴咯血的治疗对策。结果:支气管扩张患者炎症指标总体偏高,咯血者可无明显感染表现,辨证以热证居多,治法以凉血止血为主。结论:支气管扩张伴咯血患者可无明显感染,咳嗽、劳累等可能是诱发因素,以凉血止血治疗咯血疗效明确。
Objective：To observe the relevant indexes and symptoms of hemoptysis of patients with bronchiectasis,analyze the possible causes and treatment strategies of Chinese medicine in treating hemopty sis of patients.Methods：Total 48 patients with bronchiectasis（20 patients with hemoptysis and 28 patients without hemoptysis） were analyzed and the similarities and differences of the clinical symptoms,syndrome differentiation and treatment were compared.Results：The inflammatory index in patients with bronchiectasis was high and the patients with hemoptysis had no obvious infectious symptoms.The syndrome differentiation was mostly heat syndrome,mainly treated by cooling blood for hemostasis.Conclusion：The hemoptysis of patients with bronchiectasis may have no obvious infections,cough and overstrain maybe are the possible causes.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious therapeutic effects on hemoptysis.
