苦硝熏洗剂联合特定电磁波治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿临床观察 被引量:16

Clinical Observation on Matrine-mirabilite Fumigating Lotion with Specialized Electro-magnetic Wave in Treatment of Perianal Edema after Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation

摘要 目的 :观察苦硝熏洗剂熏洗坐浴联合特定电磁波照射治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效。方法 :选择80例经混合痔外剥内扎术术后第2天出现肛缘水肿的患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各40例。观察组给予苦硝熏洗剂熏洗坐浴联合特定电磁波照射治疗,对照组给予硫酸镁溶液湿敷联合特定电磁波照射,比较两组患者肛缘水肿量化积分及疼痛评分变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组肛缘水肿量化积分、疼痛程度两方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苦硝熏洗剂熏洗坐浴联合特定电磁波照射治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿疗效确切。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the matrine-mirabilite fumigating lotion combined with specialized electro-magnetic wave in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids anal edema after operation.Methods:Total 80 patients with perianal edema 2 days after mixed hemorrhoids surgery were divided into the observation group and control group with 40 patients in each group according to the random number table method.The observation group was given matrine-mirabilite fumigating lotion combined with specialized electro-magnetic wave.The control group was given MgSO4 hydropathic compress combined with specialized electro-magnetic wave.The perianal edema and pain scores were compared in the two groups.Results:The edema quantitative score and the pain degree were significantly better in the observation group than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Matrine-mirabilite fumigating lotion combined with specialized electromagnetic wave had curative effects in the treatment of parianal edema after mixed hemorrhoids operation.
