煤矿副井马头门修复加固技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对塔然高勒煤矿副井马头门破坏严重的问题,发现其主要原因是软弱围岩遇水膨胀和软化导致的马头门结构受力不均匀。针对该破坏特点,对该马头门进行了修复加固,采用锚索+29U型钢+W型钢带+网喷混凝土的方式作为临时支护,采用SFRC80钢纤维混凝土结构作为永久支护,并对修复后的结构进行了受力监测。监测结果表明:重筑钢纤维混凝土结构所受外荷载较小,重筑结构的钢筋应力和混凝土应变均小于其安全值,表明该修复加固方案是合理可靠的,可为类似工程的修复加固设计提供参考。 The major reason of the failure of the ingate of auxiliary shaft of Tarangaole Colliery was the heterogeneous stress on the structure which caused by that the weak surrounding rock would expand and soften when it met water.ln view of this destruction characteristic, the ingate was repaired and strengthened, the"Anchor +29U steel + W type steel strip +Shotcrete"was adopted as the temporary support,and the SFRCS0 steel fiber concrete structure was used as the permanent support, and the stress condition of the repaired structure was moni- tored. Monitoring results showed that the load of steel fiber reinforced concrete structure was small, the stress of steel bar and strain of con- crete of the rebuilding structure was less than its safety value ,which showed that the repair and reinforcement scheme was reasonable and reliable, and the repair plan could provide reference for similar projects.
