摘要 目的综合分析黄芪多糖对肺癌外周循环MDSC(髓系抑制性细胞)的影响及临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2016年10月间我院收治的126例肺癌患者,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组,每组63例。对照组应用单纯化疗方法,实验组在对照组基础上应用黄芪多糖。统计分析两组患者的肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平、外周循环髓系抑制性细胞水平、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、临床治疗总有效率等指标。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为66.67%(42/63),对照组患者治疗总有效率为41.27%(26/63),实验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的肿瘤坏死因子α水平、外周循环髓系抑制性细胞水平、白细胞介素-6水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的肿瘤坏死因子α水平、外周循环髓系抑制性细胞水平、白细胞介素-6水平显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论黄芪多糖能够有效降低肺癌外周循环髓系抑制性细胞水平,不断改善免疫功能,提高临床治疗总有效率。 Objective To comprehensively analyze the effect of astragalus polysaccharide on peripheral circulation myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSC) in lung cancer and its clinical effect. Methods 126 patients with lung cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=63) and control group(n=63) according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with simple chemotherapy. The experimental group was treated with astragalus polysaccharide based on the treatment of the control group. The levels of TNF-α(TNF-α), myeloid-derived suppressor cells, IL-6 (interleukin-6) and the total effective rate of clinical treatment were analyzed statistically. Results The treatment total effective rate was 66.67%(42/63) in the experimental group and 41.27%(26/63) in the control group. The total effective rate was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of tumor necrosis faetor-α(TNF-α), myeloid-derived suppressor cells and interleukin-6 between the two groups before treatment(P〉0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, peripheral circulation myeloid-derived suppressor cells and interleukin-6 in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05)i Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharide can effectively reduce the level of myeloid-derived suppressor cells in the peripheral circulation of lung cancer, continuously improve the immune function and the total effective rate of clinical treatment.
