摘要
为研究硝酸侵蚀环境下喷射混凝土的抗冻性,对喷射混凝土和钢纤维喷射混凝土进行硝酸溶液快速冻融试验,并与同配合比普通模筑混凝土对比,得出三者抗冻性的差异,通过分析混凝土含气量、混凝土孔隙平均弦长探究混凝土抗冻性差异的机理,结果表明:掺加钢纤维能有效改善喷射混凝土抗冻性能;喷射混凝土初始含气量高,孔径弦长小,这是造成其抗冻性优于普通模筑混凝土的原因。
To investigate the frost resistance of sprayed concrete under nitric acid erosion and theincorporation of steel fiber.By rapid freezing and thawing test to comparison with the different of frost resistance of sprayed concrete, steel fiber reinforced sprayed concrete and ordinary concrete and analyzing the mechanism of air content, exploring the difference of concrete frost resistance of concrete pore av- erage chord length show the results, adding steel fiber can effectively improve the frost resistance of sprayed concrete; The sprayed con- crete of high air content, small average chord length, which is the cause of the frost resistance is better than that of ordinary concrete.
