摘要
采用溶胶合成法,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)与异丁基三乙氧基硅烷乳液为主要原料,合成了TEOS/异丁基三乙氧基硅烷复合乳液。利用电化学加速的方法,研究了复合乳液对对水泥基材料中钢筋锈蚀的抑制效果,并通过SEM分析了水泥基材料开裂后的表面形貌,研究了表面元素含量的变化。结果表明:钢筋的阻抗谱特征因电加速时间不同以及钢筋腐蚀程度不同而发生变化,其中涂覆复合乳液的试块,由于抑制了氯离子的侵入,降低了水泥基材料内钢筋表面的氯离子浓度,钢筋初期腐蚀时间较未涂覆时延长了4倍,完全腐蚀时间延长了3.4倍。SEM观察表明,复合乳液可以在水泥基材料表面形成很好的层状保护结构,阻止了外界侵蚀性离子的渗透。
A new kind of permeable waterproof material has been synthetised by ethyl silicate (TEOS) and isobutyl silane as raw materials through sol synthesis.The inhibition effect of compound emulsion on steel corrosion in concrete were studied by the method of electrochemical acceleration, and through the SEM analysis of the surface morphology of cement-based material after cracking after the surface element content changes was studied.The result showed that the impedance spectrum characteristics of the reinforcement was changed on the basis of different electric acceleration time and steel corrosion degree ,when the blank surface was coated compound emulsion, the reinforced initial corrosion time extended 4 times compared with the blank sample, and the corrosion time completely was prolonged by 3.4 times, on account of it inhibited the invasion of the chloride ion and reduced the chloride ion concentration on the surface of the steel in cement-based materials.SEM observation showed that the composite emulsion could form an excellent layer protective structure on the surface of cement-based material to prevent outside erosive ion penetration.
